Blinking great hole in the road
- Dawn Hoskins (2nd Dec 2008 - 09:09:37)

Has anyone reported that bloody great hole in the road, situated outside the drive of (approx) 3rd house on left as you pull out of the avenue towards Passfield?

Nearly hit my teeth on the steering wheel - and am amazed I still have a wheel on that side of the car!!

Yes I come across it daily..though last time I had an encounter the hole wasn't blinking ;-p

I think this will be resolved when the road is resurfaced

I can't imagine how I have missed it before.

It is about the size of Calcutta!

Assuming this is in reference to the hole outside about 89 Headley Road I've just seen the maintenance van pull up and 15 mins later the hole was stuffed full of tarmac.

Great to see the power of Talkback making things happen !
