Children's Entertainer
- Neil (27th Nov 2008 - 13:40:10)

Does anyone know a good Children's entertainer for a 5 year olds party.

Thanks

I would highly recommend Mr Giant...he does magic tricks, balloon models. My children are older now but we booked him for a few of their parties and all the children really enjoyed it. He has a website www.mrgiant.co.uk or call 01420 472525.

I was very impressed by "Professor Potty" who gave a magic and general entertainment show to about 20 five year olds at my Grandson's birthday party in Rowlands Castle.

He bonded well with the youngsters and I never thought I would hear such "hush" from a group like that.

Apart from entertaining, he helped organise the party and provided goody bags.

I must be completely out of touch, because when my children were that age they liked nothing more than playing organised games - like
pass the parcel,
blind mans bluff,
pin the tail on the donkey (nose on the clown),
musical bumps
and (my fave) sleeping lions.

these take up most of the afternoon and cost almost nothing. You can 'fix' it so every child gets a small prize for winning something and everyone goes home happy.

Does that make me an old fart?
