Rising water levels at Chiltee Manor

Just wondering if anybody knows if the water levels of the pond at the front of Chitlee Manor are being monitored. They are looking extremely high and as an owner of a house along the Haslemere Road which is prone to flooding, I know where that water will eventually run down too! My property. It would be nice to know if anybody has any plans for management. Thanks Karen
