Fly tipping

Who dumped an old mattress on the edge of the car park at the rear of Lloyds Bank and why? 99% of local residents take pride in their village but there is the odd 1% who seem to think it is OK to blot our landscape and tip their rubbish in somebody else\'s back yard. We have an excellent facility in Bordon for free disposal of unwanted items, alternatively EHDC have a collection service, and this type of anti social behaviour is totally unacceptable.

1 local resident who runs a local business was caught red handed fly tipping in a local retailer's car park recently!
