curry powder - Mari (9th Nov 2013 - 13:19:28) Where around here can I buy a really good curry powder? I used to buy a brand called Bolst's when I lived in London. It was really good but I've tried Schwarz brand Madras and find it tasteless. I don't have grinder etc to make my own so need to buy a good ready made one. Suggestions?

Re: curry powder - liz (11th Nov 2013 - 08:34:45) Try using the original spices. Raj at the post office/petrol station on Tilford road usually has some in. Avoid whatever the supermarkets sell in the little packets - not very good at all.
