Lloyds Community Fund Grant - Penny (26th Oct 2013 - 16:30:31) To those who don't already know, Liphook Day Centre has been nominated as one of four charity groups to win a possible £3,000 grant from the Lloyds Community Fund. To win we have to gain the most votes. At the last count we were 3rd and voting closes on 1st November !!!!! Please ask friends and family to vote foe us as this grant will make a huge difference to us and those we support in the village. To vote 1 - TEXT "Vote KFLC" to 61119. 2 - visit lloyds bank and put a green token in the Liphook Day Centre Box 3- ONLINE : click on the following link and follow the instructions - ommunityfund.lloydsbank.com/voting/... The good news is that we came third in the Community Funding and will receive £300 shortly. Not too bad considering the first two were based in Portsmouth so have many more residents to vote for them. The results were as follows in %age of votes: 1st Portsmouth Down Syndrome (31.70%) - £3,000 2nd Manor Colts (27.83%) - £3,000 3rd Liphook Day Centre (22.56%) - £300 4th Petersfield Town F.C. (17.91%) - £300 Thanks again for all your support Katy
