i have just heard are parish council are going to be using more of are money by employing a hr person to show them how to run are council surley not if they dont know how to run it by now what are they doing as councilers ?

why dont they ask their staff one of them has been there for over 30 years if they dont know what to do by now they have got no chance ?

They cant ask the staff because the place is closed down half the time and staff are off sick. I think the Deputy Clerk has been off sick and not seen for over six months. More secret meetings no doubt.
