Hi,

Could this property be put to good use for our village?

Perhaps EHDC will buy it and add it to their property portfolio (they've already bought Barclays Bank building in Petersfield and a local branch of Starbucks)

If by some miracle it was turned into a youth club I would do what I could to help!

Ehdc are buying properties with a view to income, they have recently bought the motel and coffee shop site on the Northbound A3 liphook. They are unlikely to buy a site now and give it to the community to use. what poss could happen is that a business coud buy it and allow some space within it to be used? at a low rent ? a group of people would have to donate the money. to buy it for it to be used as a youth clubz.
