garden waste

how strange we had some of our own garden waste bags at the back of the drive to take to the tip and when we got up they had all been emptied???
never happened before was it the council (not council waste bags)or the garden fairies???
thank you to whoever saved a tip trip

Someone had dumped some garden waste at the top of Devils Lane during the night. Redistribution of a perverse nature?
