Western Weald and the SDNP

I believe that there is a petition available to have the Western Weald included within the South Downs National Park and a web site campaigning for the same. Does anyone have any details of these and whether they are still available for signing/viewing?
In fact, does anyone have any news as to the progress being made to have this lovely area of East Hampshire included?
