In praise of Old Thorns

On the recommendation of friends and family I have recently joined Old Thorns Health Club.
Since going along six weeks ago to check out the facilities I have found all the staff I have come in contact with welcoming, friendly, pleasant and very helpful.
Could this be down to the selection process were they only employ and keep the best.
