Macmillan - Worlds Biggest Coffee Morning
- Shell (20th Sep 2013 - 14:10:47)

We will be holding a coffee morning at Passfield Club in aid of Macmillan and invite you all to come along and share a coffee and some cake!

Our bar steward, Lee Brewis, has been fighting throat cancer for the past few months and now his family want to give something back after the excellent care and treatment he has received!

The coffee morning will be held on Friday 27th September from 10.30am.

The address of the venue is:
Passfield Club
Passfield Road
Passfield
Liphook GU30 7RU

Please join us to help raise some money for an incredible charity. There will be tea's and coffee, cake and a raffle!

If you are unable to make the day but would still like to donate money or a raffle prize for the event then please contact us! We would be ever so grateful!

We hope to see you on Friday!

This was the original announcement of the event from Tracy, Lee's partner:

As most of my friends are aware Lee has been fighting throat cancer over the last few months, he has had excellent treatment and we now want to give a bit back so are holding a Macmillan Coffee Morning at The club on Friday 27th Sept from 10.30am, please come along and share a coffee and cake.
If you can't make it on the day but could donate a prize for the raffle I would be very grateful, many thanks to all my wonderful friends and family for your continued support through what has been a pretty stressful time xx

I would just like to say a massive THANKYOU to everyone who helped out on Friday, made cakes, donated raffle prizes and to those who came along.

A special thanks to Passfield Club for the use of the facilities and The Anchor Garage and The Links Tavern for their raffle donations!

We raised an incredible £400!!

Tracy and Lee are absolutely overwhelmed at everyones generosity and spirit towards the fundraising for Macmillan.

Shell x
