Last plot of OSU site

Can anyone confirm that this site has now won the new appeal to stop the building of the Old Peoples home with associated housing? It was recorded that the last appeal was in favour of it going ahead, but it would seem that another counter appeal had been made.
Any ideas?

At the last planning meeting I heard (I believe correctly) that the old OSU site had already been given the go ahead to be used for retirement homes/flats. I thought this was part of the 'master plan' to fill all of Liphook's open spaces with housing/(retirement) flats (joke!) - but seriously, there's very little evidence to contradict this view...

You are correct Sue the developers won the appeal and can go ahead with their plans.
