Pilates Class Thursdays 10am Millennium Centre

Our Pilates class has moved from Bohunt School and will now take place in the Millennium Centre starting on Thursday 19th September at 10am.
Pilates is a great way to improve flexibility and our teacher, Karen, is able to tailor the exercises to suit the mixed abilities of our class.
It has been a great help to me with neck pain and a frozen shoulder.
