Just Jhoom! Classes - Every Wednesday

Just Jhoom! is the first accredited Bollywood dance program in the UK and is inspired by the glitz and glamour of Bollywood. Routines draw on both traditional Indian classical dance moves as well as modern day Bollywood and freestyle techniques to strengthen the body and give you a full body workout, without even realising you’re working out!
Details:
Where: Bohunt School Leisure Centre, Longmoor Road, Liphook, Hants, GU30 7NY.
When: Wednesdays @ 7:15pm (classes start 18th September)
How much: 6 Weeks course - £27

hi - this sounds fun but do you need to be a superfitty to take part (I tend to be near the back going the opposite direction to everyone else at any kind of excersise class!!)

Hi there, never heard of this dance style. Can I come along and have a "taster session" before I pay for 6 weeks upfront? Am happy to pay for the first lesson.

Hi Ladies
First class is free so please do come along an try the class. It is fun and provides a full body workout. You can work to your own ability and we do offer high and low impact options.
It is suitable for everyone.
Come along and join us.
Dont worry about the directions and hand gestures, you will get it in time.
Please ensure you email me to reserve a space (even for a taster) ,as spaces are limited.
This class is getting very popular.
