Cycling

We have just moved to the area from living overseas. My boys are 11 and 13, I would like them to become more aware of cycling, is there any lessons that they could do?

For my daughter I just spend lots of time cycling with her to teach her road sense.

Have a look at the Forestry Commission's Alice Holt Forest website for a safe and enjoyable cycling environment, they have forest trails and a figure of 8 flat cycle track. They used to offer lessons through the cycle franchise. About 20 minutes (drive!) away.
