Lloydspharmacy - New Look Store Coming Soon - Lloydspharmacy Liphook (25th Aug 2013 - 14:19:58) Our Lloydspharmacy Liphook store is getting an extensive refurbishment starting this week (Sunday 25th August), but remains open as usual during the building work. Access to the store will be through the Haslemere Road entrance, while the rear door and car-park will be used by our builders. We apologise for any inconvenience during the refurbishment, and would like to thank all our customers and staff for their patience while we design and fit out a refreshed and exciting new store with many new and unique features. The new look store will feature fresh and innovative upmarket design, and carry a wider range and offer new health services including: Skin Care - electronic analysis of skin care and conditions (such as eczema, psoriasis and acne) by trained staff so as to tailor treatments and provide patient centred advice Pain - featuring electronic tablet devices and kiosks to enable patients to receive tailored advice on pain and pain relief, including electronic patient information and leaflets Diabetes - diabetic screening, information and expert advice The store will continue to carry a wide range of personal care, cosmetics, hair care and access to direct order personal aids (including walking sticks, mobility scooters, grab handles, arthritic aids and personal care supplies). Lloydspharmacy Liphook will continue to provide a full range of NHS services including prescriptions (dispensing, pharmacist advice and repeat services), emergency hormonal contraception, vaccinations including travel and flu vaccines, diabetes, blood pressure monitoring, smoking cessation, new medicines service, review of medication and deliveries. Our opening hours will continue as: Monday to Friday 0900 to 1900 Saturday 0900 to 1700 Lloydspharmacy has had a presence in Liphook for over 20 years, dispenses over 4,500 prescriptions on average each week, and employs 18 staff who all live locally. We very much look forward to continuing to serve the local community from our new look store. My daughter just moved abroad somewhere remote and needed to stock up, so with much to organise we thought we'd support our local shop and visit Lloyds for everything she needed the afternoon before she left. Went in Mon 19th Aug for soap bag,toiletries,home remedies etc etc - and disaster - the place looked like it had been blitzed, and the shelves were almost bare. No time to go anywhere else except Sainburys. A bit more warning would have been nice Lloyds ..

We aim to provide an excellent service at all times and we value all feedback to help us continually improve. @DML we are sorry to hear that you were unable to find the products that you required during the week we were running down our stock in preparation for the building work. We had signs on the shop front beforehand advising customers of the dates of our refurbishment, and we are sorry that you were unable to buy your items on that particular day. During the building work our priority is to maintain the dispensary, medicines and prescriptions. We apologise for the inconvenience during the work, and would like to thank all our customers for their patience.
