New, loving home sought for cat

Hello
We are in a horrible position where we need to find a new home for our lovely cat. We have had her for six years, originally from Cats Protection in Haslemere. She is, we believe, about 12 years old.
Cats Protection are unable to take her at the moment as they're so full, so we are using our initiative!
If you would be interested, please let me know via a response here. Please note, we have asked Cats Protection to carry out a home check on any potential owner (which they have agreed to), and acceptance of this is absolutely vital.

it might be helpful if you confirmed the cat is spayed and fully up to date with all immunisations

I can confirm the cat is spayed and up to date with all immunisations :-)
She is a domestic short hair, completely black with green eyes - very pretty! Rather unimaginatively called Kitty.
