REM tickets.

Our summer holiday was cancelled by the travel company and we have had to book a different week. Unfortunately we had 2x tickets to see R.E.M. for the week that we will now be in France!!!!
I can’t bear the idea of them being completely wasted – so am hoping to sell them on.
Details:
Venue – The Rose Bowl, Southampton (open air venue).
Date - Wednesday 27th August 2008
Time - Doors 4pm start 5:30pm
Price - ₤45 per ticket
Supports – Editors and Guillemots.

Directions:
From the North: M3 southbound to junction 14, follow signs for M27 eastbound (Fareham and Portsmouth). At junction 7 of M27, filter left onto Charles Watts Way (A334) and from there follow the brown road signs to The Rose Bowl.
From the South: M27 to junction 7 and follow the brown road signs to The Rose Bowl.
Parking:
Both Park & Ride and Park & Walk facilities will be available for this event.
Park & Walk
Located 200 yards from the main entrance to The Rose Bowl
Cars (up to 7 seats) £10 in advance, £12 on the day
Minibuses (8-16 seats) £15 in advance, £20 on the day
Park & Ride
Park & Ride West is located at Junction 5 of the M27 and Park & Ride East at Junction 8.
Cars (up to 7 seats) £7 in advance, £10 on the day
Minibuses (8-16 seats) £10 in advance, £15 on the day

Public Transportation:
Nearest rail:
From Bournemouth, New Forest, Dorset, Winchester, Basingstoke, London Waterloo and the North: Use Southampton (Parkway) Station.
From Fareham, Portsmouth and the East: Use Hedge End Station.
From Wiltshire: Change at Southampton Central for Southampton (Parkway) Station.
Buses are available from all 3 stations, but please be aware that train connections cannot be guaranteed after the concert - please check with your local operator.
Buses:
From Southampton Parkway use Solent Blue Line service bus no. 9 and 9A, half hourly service, the journey time is approximately 10 minutes.
From Southampton city centre (Vincents Walk) use First Southampton service 8A every 20 minutes, hourly after 18:00, journey time 35 minutes approx.
Accessible Seating:
There are facilities for wheelchair users including accessible toilets and steward controlled parking facilities.

Children Rules:
Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.

In-house restaurant.
