London Road burglary - Editor (8th Aug 2013 - 11:39:16) Police have issued an efit image of a man following a burglary on London Road, Liphook. If you have any information call crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 The incident occurred between 2pm and 3.15pm on Friday, August 2 at a house on London Road. The offender used a ladder to access the house through an open upstairs window. He stole an Apple iPad mini, a laptop, television and items of jewellery. He loaded the items into a small white van which they had parked on the driveway. The victim arrived home and stopped the offender who drove away from the scene at speed. The suspect is described as: - A white man - Heavy build - Approximately 5ft 10 tall PC Andrew Ferguson from Winchester police station said: I am keen to hear from anyone who has information about this incident or who can suggest an identity for the man in the e-fit image. I’d also like to hear from anyone who may have seen a suspicious small white van in the area of London Road between 1.30pm and 3.30pm. I’d like to take this opportunity to advise people to take extra care to ensure their homes are left secure before they leave the house or go to bed at night.
