Has Anyone lost a Corn Snake?
- Jenny (2nd Aug 2013 - 17:03:31)

A snake is in the Griggs Green Farm / Griggs Farm Court area in the Longmoor Road, Liphook.
From its markings, it looks like a Corn snake, which are not indigenous to the UK, so maybe someone has lost a pet snake?

Oh my goodness!!! I live off the Longmoor Road but I am Terrified of all snakes!!!
So glad it didn't turn up in my garden.
I do hope it is soon returned to it's owner though, wouldn't wish any harm to even a fly!
Well done you for rescuing it.

Rachel, I too am paranoid about snakes. No, we haven't rescued it, but we know roughly where it went!! I am wearing wellies!! ( Had hoped the owner would be able to call it and it would go to them!!!) They eat rats whole apparently but also according to the site I googled, they can bite and are slightly venemous!!

Might be an idea for someone who knows the rough location of the snake to call the RSPCA here surely? For the animal's safety as well as any people passing by.
