Swimming Business for Sale - Rachel (22nd Jul 2013 - 13:32:54) Running your own Turtle Tots swimming business is fun, flexible and rewarding. Becoming a Turtle Tots licensee is perfect for anyone who wants to run their own franchise business, with the benefits of using a proven formula and the support of a great team! Turtle Tots Hampshire has two areas for sale covering West Sussex, Hampshire and Surrey. We are currently operating in 4 pools and have 60 plus clients. We have 8 classes a week and this can be increased to 24 classes with our current pool list. This is aside from other pools you secure with the area. The licence fee is both is £20k or £12k each and even in your first year you can reasonably expect to earn £30,000 and be spending just 5-7 hours a week in the pool. We can even help you with investment: every licensee has been able to obtain a business loan and we have them prepare a realistic and professional business plan to achieve this. Licensees receive: • A mapped and post-coded territory in which to operate your UK-trademarked Turtle Tots business exclusively • World class Turtle Tots training (which includes the STA baby & pre-school qualification) • Aqua-natal yoga training - so that you can teach aqua-natal pregnancy yoga classes too • Comprehensive business/marketing/sales training • All the best practice documents and templates you'll need to run your Turtle Tots business • A Turtle Tots email address and your own pages on our website • A starter pack of stationary, leaflets and merchandise • Turtle Tots clothing • As much advice and support as you need from people who have done it themselves. Qualities required of a Turtle Tots licensee: • Good general health and fitness levels • An interest in swimming and fitness • A friendly and outgoing personality • A love of babies and children • A “can do” attitude and a positive approach to both work and life • Excellent interpersonal skills • The self-motivation and desire to run a successful business • Comprehensive knowledge of your local area and community. Having a swimming teacher qualification is a bonus, but it’s certainly not a necessity as we’ll help you become as qualified as possible through the STA or ASA, and of course you’ll also receive incredible Turtle Tots training.
