Liphook in Bloom Week
Welcome to Liphook in Bloom Week.
We hope that once again our flowerbeds, hanging baskets and planters are adding an attractive appearance to the village and giving pleasure to those living in and passing through our community. After the wet and cold conditions of last year it is a relief to see the plants thriving and giving such colourful displays- particularly the hanging baskets, some 100 in all!
This week we hold our judging for the various categories of the Liphook in Bloom Competition, we thank all those who have entered and wish you all well.
On Friday this week we are presenting information about Liphook in Bloom at a stand outside Sainsbury’s. If you have a moment please drop by and say hello. We will also be re-launching our website, “liphook in bloom.co.uk”, on Friday or early next week.
Many people have contributed to help Liphook in Bloom function be it volunteers, financial support or contribution in other ways. A big thank you to all.
