Employment Opportunity - Home Care - CHARLOTTE LAWRENCE (11th Jul 2013 - 21:22:07) Family run, independent home care company are expanding operations to cover East Hampshire. We have a contract to supply services to Hampshire County Council in the East Hampshire region and will also be offering services to customers funding their own care. We are looking to appoint 1 full time senior support worker and 2 full time support workers (job share may be considered). Opportunities also exist for bank workers. Applicants must be able to work a flexible shift pattern to include some evenings and alternate weekends. Applicants for the senior position must have experience in domiciliary care work and ideally hold NVQ 2 or Health & Social Care Diploma level 2. Applicants for the support worker position will ideally have some care experience, however full training will be provided. Applicants for all posts must hold full UK driving licence and have use of a car for work. All applicants must demonstrate a kind and caring nature and have excellent communication skills. Potential for career development for the right person(s) All posts subject to DBS & reference checks. Generous rates of pay, 28 days paid holiday plus mileage contribution.
