Stamps

Just heard that the price of stamps is going up again and that all of the local stores are stocking up with a fear of panic buying, is there any truth to this? It sounded a bit odd.

Royal Mail said in March that stamp prices would not change in 2013. Latest rumours are probably scaremongering because of the proposed sale of Royal Mail.
