South East Hants Clinical Commissioning meeting

The Governing Body of the NHS South Eastern Hampshire Clinical Commission Group (CCG) is meeting on Wednesday 17 July 2013 at Havant Civic Centre, Havant PO9 2AX.
The meeting starts at 2pm with a one hour seminar on integrated care teams and the future of health care for older people. You are invited to attend. This CCG is the clincial commissioning group for both GP surgeries in Liphook.
