War Memorial Recreation Ground Play Area - Paul Robinson (5th Jul 2013 - 08:43:29) Bramshott and Liphook Parish Council are pleased to announce that Phase Two of the children’s play area in the War Memorial Recreation Ground has been completed. In addition to the installation of a 30m Zip-Wire and a new set of swings, the existing cantilever swing and multiplay climbing frame have been completely overhauled and repainted and a new all terrain surface has been laid to protect and reinforce the surrounding grassed area. This work was completed on time and to specification by Vita-Play Ltd based in Winchester who won the tender against stiff competition. This work was made possible with a grant from East Hants District Council using funds from Developer’s Contributions.

Re: War Memorial Recreation Ground Play Area - Frances (5th Jul 2013 - 20:52:44) I was at the rec. this morning with my grandchild. The new equipment with the zip wire and spider swing - not to mention the climbing frame and the tyre - is great. My grandchild loved it and together with the equipment for the younger children make this a real asset for the young of the village. Many thanks to all concerned.
