The Beachcombers short film up for ITV award! Vote online... - Mark Beynon (3rd Jun 2008 - 16:41:59) The Beachcombers, a short film directed by Liphook lads Chris Croucher and Mark Beynon has been nominated for an ITV London Best of Borough award. Just to let you know that we won the ITV London Viewers Award at a ceremony last night at Bafta. We're both absolutely chuffed to bits, even though we have horrid hangovers this morning... You worked hard for that hangover, but hopefully that won't be the only result of this win and the prize will start you off on a glittering career. I really enjoyed 'The Beachcombers' and would love a follow up film to know what happened next to the characters ~ but guess I'll just have to use my imagination as you'll move on to even bigger and better things in the film industry. Well done, you deserved to win.......many congratulations.
