Poor cat desperately needs loving home
- Mary W (22nd Jun 2013 - 10:50:48)
Black and white cat, eight years old, is homeless, due to his owner going into a retirement home suddenly, a place where they don't allow cats.
Please, can anyone offer a little love to this abandoned puss, so that his owner can stop worrying about him? If you can help, reply here and I will post a mobile number.

if you have had no luck finding someone to take the cat I suggest contacting the Haslemere cats protection, number is 01428 604297 e mail haslemere@cats.org.uk
They will find a home for him/her
There is an open day on Saturday 29 June between 1100-1800hrs so if you want to, try to get in contact with them as soon as possible

Thank you for replying. I didn't get any answers to start with, so haven't been looking at posts much.
As far as I know, no home has been found. When the house is sold (someone popping in on him at the moment) dire steps may have to be taken. Shame.
I'll tell the person looking out for him what you've said. Thank you.

Not sure what you mean by 'dire steps' ..But couldn't you just get in touch with the Cats Protection League.... ?!

If by dire steps you mean euthanasia - it would be just as easy to take it to the Cats Protection Shelter :
Haslemere Adoption Centre
Upper Hammer Lane
Haslemere
Surrey
GU27 1QD
Tel: 01428 604297
as it would to take it to the vets to be killed.
And a lot kinder.
