Can anyone recommend a window fitter who can fix a window that has decided it no longer wants to open?

Stones window solutions om 07899966529 the guys name ie Martin Stone but everyone knows him as beaker ,,,,dont ask why,,, highly recommeded

Update: Beaker came round and fixed my window. Made it look easy! Job well done
