dog waste

I would like to say thank you to the bald headed guy with white dog who was on his phone when his dog crapped in my front garden in the avenue right by a dog pooh sign thanks for not picking it up I have kids who walked in it.
I know who you are and will confront you when you pass take your picture and report you to the council people like you don't deserve to have pets.

I think you should submit the photo for it to be published on this site. Name and Shame.
If more people took action then less people would leave dog mess behind instead of picking it up.
Letting your dog use someone else's garden as a toilet is truly anti-social behaviour. The cheek of it and the laziness of it is astounding.
Take a photo of the dog and the owner, send it to the dog warden and put it on here - I would!!
