Bohunt School Outstanding Ofsted - Sarah (15th May 2013 - 20:27:26) I would just like to voice my absolute delight in reading Bohunt Schools Outstanding Ofsted report that I received this week. The Headteacher Mr Strowger has done a superb job since his arrival, and the commitment from his staff is second to none. My daughter loves the school and the opportunities it offers. Long may it continue!

We are so fortunate to have such a fantastic school on our doorstep. Child number 2 is currently working his way through the school with amazing academic progress, but also opportunities such as playing at live gigs with his band, and school bands and also trips this year to Oxford University, an Apple conference and an expedition to India...I couldn\'t ask for more! Well done Bohunt!

Re: Bohunt School Outstanding Ofsted - tony (16th May 2013 - 09:42:49) Thanks for pointing this out. I've just looked at the Ofsted report and it is impressive. I don't have any children there yet but it fills me with confidence when the time comes. The management all round, from governors to teaching staff appears to be very effective. The report also refers to the level of children entering the school, which is above national average on several levels. I think this all contributes to their chances of success. So well done to all at Bohunt and perhaps a pat on the back to the junior schools and the parents too! No wonder so many people would like to live in Liphook, (but massively expanding the town could actually damage some of these very things we value :)
