The new coffee shop - Dawn Hoskins (27th Mar 2008 - 18:51:08) Wow Congratulations to the new coffee shop. I had a few minutes of hanging around before an appointment and so popped in for cake and coffee. I have got to say, it was delicious and homemade and the coffee was fresh. I was very impressed indeed. I sat at the window and watched the world go by and thoroughly enjoyed the experience, I gather they are just about to extend into the back room so you can sit down and eat with a bit more space too. It is a shame that I am normally out at work and have to put up with run of the mill Prêt a Manger or Café Nero. Having homemade is always so much nicer.

Having had (and been through that stage) 3 toddlers, I can honestly say - I always went wherever I wanted to go - so am a bit mystified about your post. Are you worried that you can't take your pram / pushchair in or something like that? Dawn

We will be opening the back part of the cafe/Tearooms within the next two weeks which will have plenty of normal seating (such as chairs) & booster seats for little ones as well as having a small play area. We do currently have a high chair which is kept out the back and can be bought out at any time if requested. Best wishes, All the team @ No 26 x
