the fair comes to town!........
- N Young. (25th Mar 2008 - 18:49:53)

............well to Passfield apparently.

IF they are successful in purchasing the land at the end of Lynchborough Road, next to the Business Park.
A permanent arrangement of caravans and fairground equipment.

This is all Lynchborough Road needs, we're already blighted with HGV delivery lorries mounting pavements and blocking access to our drives. The small (but close) residential community here are already dwarfed by the ever expanding business parks and we are fed up with having to fight tooth and nail to exercise our rights as residents.

But, I, like many others here will roll our sleeves up again and defend our corner of the world which we pay through the nose to live in!

I thought that the fair ground people had recently 'won' the land on the way to Grayshott for storing all their gear.

What was all that about then if they now need extra land?

Confused?!

Will they be residential caravans or just storage?

Can someone please clarify what we are talking about here.

It sounds very disturbing and has come out of the blue.

How can we find out more info?
Does anybody else have any details?

basically i was alerted by a member of the public.
at the moment I don't have any more info im afraid.
Our concerns would be the increase in lorries (we have enough already), and any effect on the natural area that the mobile home (s) & equipment would have.
