Maybe the BBC are visiting the Shipwright Way to early,as the sculptures ( about 20) which Hampshire County Council think would be a good idea to place at various points along the way have not yet been installed. These sculptures costing £50,000 and are being funded by the Taxpayer and from Development Contributions. Some people might this is good use of public money, others may not.
