Family Fun Day - Karen Feeney (4th Mar 2008 - 11:01:16) Dear Liphook Hold on to your hats folks - this could be the event of the year (apart from the Carnival obviously). The Carnival Commitee is organising a Family Fun Day on Sunday 22nd June 2008 on the Village Green/Millennium Hall to run from 11.00 am - 4.00pm. It is a long time since the village experienced an event of this kind and I think it is going to be very well received by everyone - young and old. What we need now is some volunteers and people/clubs/associations who may be interested in running a stall for the afternoon. Our vision is that as many groups as possible will want to take part from Scouts, Guides, Rainbows through to the Over 60's and everyone in between.
