Midhurst Road dispersal zone

According to the the parish council website the police propose more streetlights and a dispersal zone for the Midhurst Road. Can't believe we need MORE streetlights and as for a dispersal zone - are things really that bad?

Interesting.
The Parish Council's website is not the best for ease of use and presentation though is it!
