Culture?

Does anyone know what has happened to the 'Culture' shop - went to have a look and its empty!!

As far as I understand, it was always supposed to be a joint venture - a beauty salon and the back and a gallery at the front.
The gallery had an awful lot of effort put into it, and started to hold regular event evenings which were well attended, but it needed a regular flow of traffic and custom which was supposed to be stimulated by customers having beauty treatments and haircuts etc.
That side of the partnership did not take off - it didn't start at all - and as a result there was never any through traffic or custom from that area.
Such a shame, it was so lovely to think Liphook had it's own centre of culture! I really enjoyed all the varied exhibitions and I know that a very great deal of energy and expense went into it.
