Venue hire

Can anyone recommend a venue in the area to hire. Ideally, with private access to outdoor space, an undercover area (in case it rains), and kitchen facilities. – it would be required for a Saturday in July between noon and around 7pm.

How about the Millennium Hall...nice outdoor space out the back and kitchen!

Liphook church centre has a large hall, kitchen and large garden. If you put up a gazebo or two it might be perfect.

Have you thought about Hollycombe Steam?
They tend to be closed on Saturdays in July so may be able to accomodate your event?
They have a room suitable for functions and a kitchen, as well as lovely grounds outside.
