Do be carefull when purchasing garden vouchers. I purchased some for a present at the garden center at Rake
They tried to use them at Forest Lodge only to find they can only be spent at the Rake groups garden centers. As there are several garden centers around the area its worth checking before you buy where they can be used.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure Forest Lodge and the Rake garden centre are separate businesses. Why would you expect one to accept vouchers from the other?
I would have thought this was simple common sense...they are separate companies.
It's like saying if you got Sainsburys vouchers why can't you spend them in Tescos...

Usually garden vouchers are like book vouchers... you can buy them at one garden centre and spend them at another... I've never come across garden vouchers that are specific to one garden centre chain before, so thank you for letting us know.

Yep...been there myself!
But if you buy National Garden Gift Vouchers then you can use them pretty much anywhere....can also be bought online!

The Garden Centre Group (Rake) & Forest Lodge both sell vouchers specific to them. They also sell National Garden Vouchers which can be used in most Garden Centres. I say most because I know that Keydell Nurseries in Hordean do not accept National Garden gift vouchers and there may be others in the area. Although they do have their own voucher scheme.

I know some garden centres sell both the national vouchers and specific vouchers for their centre. Always best to check/ask before purchasing.
Unfortunatly I didnt ask specifically for the National Garden vouchers which I had allways purchased from Rake before and I wasn't offered a choice. I think Frensham Garden center do not take any vouchers
Have you tried taking them back and swapping them for National Garden Scheme vouchers? Just thought it may be worth a try if you tell them you were sold the wrong type.
