Wanted: Flat to rent

I am looking for a small flat to rent in Liphook. I prefer village centre and long term.
I'm an employed professional, university graduate, single, non-smoker, no pets; clean, quiet and decent. I can pay months in advance for a suitable offer. References available.
The idea is to cut out the middle man (agents), who have often proven to be a waste of money and time.
