anti social behaviour in the childrens play area - Councillor Barbara Easton (3rd Apr 2013 - 16:41:20) As most people in Liphook know, the newly refurbished childrens play area had vandalism recently in the form of the tunnel being set alight. The quote for repairs has come to nearly £4000, which luckily is covered by an insurance claim. I was in the Parish Office today when a lady reported a problem with the climbing frame. The groundsman investigated, cleaned up excrement which had been deliberately smeared on the top, and reported that it was HUMAN excrement. How wonderful that someone in the area is so minded to do such a thing. Please keep a look out in case it is the start of worse to come!

If someone is deliberately smearing human excrement over a children's climbing frame they need to be caught fast! I hope if anybody has any idea who this is they will report them. There's stupidity but that's really sick.
