Local Christmas Post by Scouts

I live in Headley Down and a friend of mine accidentaly put my Christmas card in the Scouts' box in error with all her other cards. Some very kind Scout or Scout Leader spotted the mistake, stuck a stamp on the card with a note on the back saying Scouts' delivery did not include Headley Down, and popped it in the post to me.
How kind. Thank you to whoever it was and I have to say my faith has been restrored in human nature!

Hi,
No problem, it is all part of the service and thank you for the comment. We have had some for Reading and Basingtoke in the past. We have also had some with just two first names e.g. Fred and Mary, which we have been able to deliver to the correct address.
