Fantastic Pilates Class at Bohunt - Jay W (7th Mar 2013 - 16:05:24) Just to let you know (as Bohunt don't advertise much) there is a small but friendly Pilates class at Bohunt on a Thursday morning 10-11am. Our teacher is really good and is able to structure the exercises to suit all abilities. She even tailors them to accommodate us when we are suffering from back aches, frozen shoulders, post operations etc and they really do help. If you are unfamiliar with Pilates, the workouts promote strength and balanced muscle development as well as flexibility and increased range of motion for the joints (according to an NHS website) and my doctor did recommend the classes for a recurring back problem. If you are interested, please do contact Bohunt on 724324 for further information. If our numbers drop too low, we will not be able to continue after Easter so don't delay!
