Excel spreadsheet problem. Can anyone help?

I am looking for someone who has knowledge of excel 7. I use a spreadsheet for direct payment transactions for my disabled daughter. Somethings gone wrong. Please can any one help?

Just wanted to say huge thanks to you Clint for sorting this problem out. It's so wonderful to know that there are people out there willing to help people like myself in need. Clint you are truly an Excel wizard! Thank you.
