Part needed for my Dyson

I have managed to break the head [floor] attachment to our Dyson cylinder vacuum cleaner.
It is the purple DC08 one.
If anyone perchance has one of these going spare I would be most grateful. Maybe you have managed o break you actual hoover but the head attachments on yours are working and we could have a mix and match hoover thing!

It may be worthwhile trying Dyson, as I believe they have a spares service

Yep, did that.
They want £50 for a replacement head. I thought I'd chance my arm trying for a second hand one before I paid that sort of money.
I would say though that their customer service is excellent - I used their email service and had a reply back almost instantly.
