Rotary Skittles Social (this Thursday - Free!) - Sarah (17th Feb 2013 - 19:02:36) Hopefully many of you are now aware that Liphook has a provisional Rotary Club... would you like to find out more about what we get up to?? This Thursday (21 February) we will be holding a skittles evening at the Liphook Social Club and welcome anyone interested in finding out more. The evening is free and as with our normal meetings, will kick off around 19:45 and finish no later than 22:00. We are a really easy going bunch, interested in giving back to our community whilst having fun and meeting new people. Finally, thanks again for your support of our recent car wash - even in the rain and snow we raised £210 for the Liphook Day Centre. These funds will be used to provide an Easter meal and Easter eggs for all who attend. Liphook Social Club really look after us - thanks to them for allowing us to hold our meetings (and skittles!) there. The next meeting will be on Thursday 7 March (next weeks meeting is cancelled) and then on the 9 March we will be holding the car wash (in aid of Dreams Come True) in the car park at the back of the Liphook Social Club (more information to follow!).
