Looking for flatmate - Claudia van oordt (13th Feb 2013 - 20:14:15) I have a sunny, fully furnished, and spacious main bedroom for rent (£400 pcm bills included); which has a king size bed and a telly with Sky box. The bathroom, kitchen, and living room will be shared, so would prefer to share it all with a mature female. You'll also have to share the place with 3 cats, so must like animals. There is a numbered parking space for your use right outside the property and a small garden that your bedroom overlooks. There's a washing machine and tumble dryer for use. The kitchen has a gas hobb, eletric fan assisted oven and a microwave. Bus link to Farnham and Liphook station. Shops in close proximity and only +/- an hours drive either to London or the ocean. Have nice neighbours and a forest 10mins walk away. The availability is from 1st March.
