Liphook Village Market 2013

The Village Market is back for 2013 with the first market this Saturday.
Still 10 - 12 in the village hall.

Again with a great range of craft items, jams, chutneys, eggs, cards, and Ice Cream. Tea and Coffee will also be served.

This month there will also be a charity car wash in the car park.

What flavour ice cream are we having Ben. I've completley run out and nothing else tastes as good as yours, the boys are NOT happy.

I shall be there with a range of cakes and preserves.

Have been making loads of marmalade, including extra chunky, ginger and lemon and lime as well as the usual straight Seville.

Will be baking sticky ginger, lemon drizzle, fruity tea bread with added citrus flavours, meringues and one or two other cakes plus a couple of quiches and sausage rolls with home made puff pastry.

If you have any requests for a particular cake let me know by Friday morning and I will do my best to provide.

Have just bought Paul Hollywood's baking book so might try something with a rich bread dough.

I'm going to have a selection of second hand books too this month, a mixture of grown ups books and childrens ones. Come along and have a look.

Hello all,

Just a reminder the Village Market is on this Saturday 10 - 12 in the village hall, with the usual great mix of stalls.
I've also will have some Bakewell Tart Ice Cream, if that will persuade you.

As i havent heard from you i assume this month is full ......with no free table space as well...... which is great for the village but not for me !!!

It's time again. . . . .

The village market is this Saturday

13th April, 10 - 12 in the Village Hall.

As they seem to of been missed, just to let folks know the card ladies will be making a return with their home-made greeting cards.

I'll be at the market selling my handmade gifts, cushions & candles. We have some items that would make great gifts for teachers at the end of term, particularly our teacup candles!

We are fully booked with 19 stall holders, as well as tea & coffee.
