LAMPS Got Talent - Has Liphook? - Nicole S (3rd Feb 2013 - 13:10:36) Yes it’s time for LAMPS members to show off their TALENTS. On Saturday 18th May 2013 you will have a chance to show everyone in Liphook and surrounding area your own special gifts, when performing on stage, at two shows, one in the afternoon and one in the evening at Liphook’s Millennium Centre. For e.g. Do you want to sing? Do you want to Dance? Can you do stand-up comedy? Can you do a monologue? Have you a special musical talent? The performance will be a show of two halfs. The fist half consisting of a number of short sketches we hope the ideas for these will grow out of a series of workshops to be held throuought February and March. The second half would be Lamps Got Talent. To be part of the show, in particular the secod half we would ask you to complete the appropriate registration form, telling us who you are and what you would like to perform, by 28th February and we will sort out some rehearsal time at the hall in the weeks beforehand for you to perfect your performance. To perform you must be a member if you are not a member and would like to join in we invite you to come and join us at our workshops on 6th and 13th Feb. If your still interested then you may join us at our AGM on 27th Feb and become a member.
